EmpowerME Circle is a supportive group for single mothers raising children with special needs. It’s a space to connect with other moms, share experiences, celebrate victories, and recharge through monthly virtual meetups, occasional in-person gatherings, and engaging activities like games and virtual trips.
2. How often does the group meet?
We meet virtually on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm on a user-friendly platform, making it easy for busy moms to join from anywhere. Additionally, we occasionally host in-person meetups to deepen connections and build friendships.
3. Is there a membership fee, and are there any other costs?
There’s a one-time fee of $60, which gives you lifetime access to the group—no recurring membership fee. The only additional cost is an optional annual fee if you choose to participate in a destination in-person social event. These events are planned collaboratively and are designed to be affordable and accessible.
4. What kinds of activities and topics are covered during meetups?
Our meetups include a mix of activities, such as sharing challenges and victories, exchanging parenting tips, playing fun games, and taking virtual trips to inspiring destinations. Each session is designed to be both uplifting and practical, helping you recharge and gain new ideas for your journey.
5. What if I’m unable to attend every meeting?
That’s okay! EmpowerME Circle is designed with flexibility in mind. Attend the sessions that fit your schedule, and enjoy the lifelong support of the community, whether you participate every month or as often as you can.
