The new year usually brings lots of pressure to make a change in some aspect of your life. Well this year do not stress yourself by making unrealistic goals and promises. Make this your year to put things into ACTION!
Position yourself for success by self-expectation,
FIRST, I will decide to do it,
THEN, I will just do it!
Procrastination delays your action. Be mindful that too much planning will delay results…don’t get stuck in the planning and overthinking process.
When you act on things within 10 minutes of processing, you are more likely to do it.
Just do it! . . . Now is the time to make that call. . . Now is the time to start life skills training. . . Now is the time to schedule self-care. . . Now is the time to seek help. NOW is best!
I challenge you to pace yourself and put things into ACTION! Take yourself out of the overwhelming mindset to get so many things done. Stop allowing yourself to get stuck in the planning phase. Planning is good, however if you stay there too long, nothing happens. I need you to decide and ACT!
